My name is Mounota Rahman. I am a dietitian with around 3 years of experience in assessing the nutritional needs of patients, counselling individuals, communicating the appropriate nutritional information to other members of the health care team and implementing nutritional care plans by following all the standards.
I have really learned a lot about the importance of maintaining a healthy diet over the last few years, and I’ve created this site as a means of cataloging that learning for our own memory, but also as a help to others who may be looking to improve their health in a more natural fashion through diet, exercise, and supplements.
